How AvarisOne handles private enquiries and professional introductions.

Who handles your enquiry

AvarisOne Ltd is responsible for the enquiry information collected through this website. Contact enquiries@avarisone.com or write to our registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Company No. 16777931, registered in England and Wales.

AvarisOne.com private services are separate from the AvarisOne.app technology product and the planned AvarisOne Community. An enquiry does not create an account, booking or subscription.

What you provide

A private enquiry includes your name, contact email, selected services, brief request and consent. A general destination or region is optional. A professional or business introduction includes your name, email, expertise and, where relevant, business name and regions covered. We record the form source, submission reference, consent wording and version, dates and private review status.

Please do not send passport or payment details, full itineraries, home addresses, family information, security plans, client names or confidential third-party documents in an initial submission.

Why it is collected

Authorised reviewers use these details to assess and respond to your request or introduction. The form asks for your agreement to this use. An introduction is considered privately; it is not consent to a public profile, a client directory or a subscription.

Security cookies and abuse prevention

The form uses a short-lived first-party security cookie, server-side validation, an anti-spam field and request limits. Hashed network-address counters help limit abuse; the intake does not store the raw address in those counters. Hosting and other providers may keep technical logs, including network addresses and request details.

The website does not currently include advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to serve them, such as your network address.

Who can see the details

Saved submission records are available to authorised private reviewers through restricted workspace access, not a public directory or lookup page. If specialist input is needed, relevant information may be shared privately to discuss a suitable arrangement. The initial form should contain only what is needed to start that conversation.

The website is hosted on Replit. Its enquiry system is designed to store submissions in a PostgreSQL database when connected and available. If storage cannot be confirmed, the website must not display a successful receipt. A saved on-screen reference confirms database storage, not email delivery.

Owner notifications use Microsoft Outlook when configured and authorised. They are addressed to enquiries@avarisone.com and include your submission reference, form and service categories, name, contact email, business or region where supplied, and message. Email delivery is separate from saving the enquiry; a failed notification does not delete a saved submission. Access to that mailbox is controlled separately from website review access. No automatic client confirmation email is sent.

How long records are kept

The website database is configured to give submission records a 90-day expiry after receipt. A scheduled cleanup attempts to remove expired submissions and related alert records while the website service is running. This is not a guarantee of deletion at an exact time: service inactivity or database failures can delay cleanup. Security-session and rate-limit records have shorter expiry periods.

You can request earlier deletion. Website cleanup does not remove email copies, provider backups or records created during later correspondence. Those records have separate retention arrangements; contact us to ask about the records associated with your enquiry. The 90-day website expiry should not be taken as a promise that every copy has been erased.

Ask for deletion or raise a privacy question

Email enquiries@avarisone.com with “Privacy request” or “Delete my enquiry” in the subject. Include your saved reference if you have it and use the same email address where possible. Do not send identity documents. An authorised reviewer may need to confirm that the request relates to you before taking action.

You can also use the private enquiry form, with Specialist sourcing selected, and begin your message with “Privacy request”. This creates a saved submission for private review; keep its on-screen reference. There is no automatic acknowledgement email or promised response time.

Your choices and privacy concerns

You may ask to access or correct your enquiry information, request deletion, or withdraw your agreement to further use by contacting enquiries@avarisone.com. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing or request a portable copy. Requests are reviewed individually; withdrawing agreement does not undo processing already carried out.

Hosting, font and email services may process information outside your country. This page does not promise that all information stays in the UK or USA. Contact us if you need information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Please raise privacy concerns with us using the contact details above. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant data protection authority where you live.
