How it works

One enquiry. Clear next steps.

Tell us what you need. We clarify the requirements, identify suitable specialists and bring options back to you. An enquiry starts a conversation, not a booking.

  1. 01

    Send your enquiry

Select one or more services and give a brief, non-sensitive description. An on-screen reference confirms that the form has been saved for private review, not that an arrangement is confirmed.

  2. 02

    Clarify the brief

We review your request privately and discuss your priorities, timing and any details needed to understand it. We will be clear about what may be possible.

  3. 03

    Identify suitable expertise

We explore suitable specialists and potential arrangements privately. Relevant details may be shared as needed; availability and terms must be confirmed by the parties involved.

  4. 04

    Consider your options

We explain the options and the details available. You can ask questions, revise the brief or choose not to proceed. Any arrangement and its terms require your separate agreement.

When plans change

Different situations. One private starting point.

Illustrative situations, not client stories or promised outcomes.

  1. Hypothetical

    An earlier arrival

The flight lands hours before the villa is ready. The coordinator asks the owner about an early check-in and looks at where the family could wait comfortably, subject to availability.

  2. Hypothetical

    A yacht changes berth

The weather moves the plan. We look with the charter contact at a revised embarkation point and what that means for the car and the flight.

  3. Hypothetical

    A jet and a driver

A departure slips. The coordinator asks the operator and the driver to adjust, and tells you what is and is not possible.

  4. Hypothetical

    A guest with an allergy

A guest has a food allergy. We pass the requirement to the chef or provider. This is a catering request, not medical advice.

  5. Hypothetical

    A chalet changeover

One party leaves as another arrives. We ask the property team about timing so the house is ready, subject to their confirmation.

  6. Hypothetical

    Protection changes

A trip grows to include an event. We talk the change through in general terms and look at what the specialists we approach could do.

  7. Hypothetical

    A major purchase or sale

A client wants to place or find a vessel, aircraft, property or work of art. We make private introductions and you deal with the other party directly.

Privacy

Your privacy comes first.

  • We do not publish client enquiries or the identities of those we work with. Relevant details may be shared privately with those coordinating an arrangement, so begin with the broad request.
  • No account is created and no confirmation email is sent yet. Receipt is confirmed on screen with a reference.
  • Please do not include passport or payment details, full itineraries, family details, addresses or security-sensitive information.
  • Submission records expire after 90 days, or earlier on request. Quote your reference to ask about access or deletion.

A brief request is enough to begin. Keep personal and security-sensitive details out of the initial form.
